Yes, children need guidance, love and care.  Yes, adolescence need 
role models.   Maybe young male elephants need male role models 
too.  Or maybe they were killing because they had witnessed the 
culling.  The amount of violence is very sad.  It is beyond my 
comprehension why there is so much violence.  Elephants are very 
intelligent.  In general, I don't think humans are very intelligent.
