DL,

Not in the strict sense at the moment.  I practiced meditation daily 
for five years, now I just go into meditation mode at various points 
throughout the day.  Presently, I live in a stair master type of 
home.  I have my computer (purposely) two flights away from my 
primary living space.  I am up and down stairs many times during the 
day.  But I also do a series of morning stretches that I learned at 
the Himalayan Institute.

So no I don't have a strict regiment, but I'm not a couch potato either.

Feel free to lecture me, I deserve to be nudged into a more 
structured routine.
