Hi Marsha,
Thanks for your response. I am interested in learning about the
various practices that various folks do and the insights that they
gleam from these (practices).
For instance, I am a regular practitioner of Taoist Tai Chi,
meditation and Hatha Yoga. This practice has opened my eyes to the
possibilities of the Universe that most of us simply ignore. I have
found that such practices tend to help breakdown some of our inherent
skepticism (part of our social conditioning I suppose) when it comes
to realities such as Tao or Brahman.
