Neither. I'm saying that someone who writes Nature and assumes the reader will
know the word refers to a magazine is out of touch with his readers. Same with
the word Science. Both are terms that commonly refer to atoms, animals, jungles,
mountains and the like (Nature) and a method of investigating how things are
got together to create the world we see (Science). The writer could have easily
denoted his meaning by simply saying "the magazines "Nature" and "Science."
