I think most of the dissenter you mentioned acknowledge the facts. It is
their view of the causes that is questioned.

And by the way, since you have convinced us that all is uncertain, how can
you possibly assure us now that you (or anybody) has a lock on the "facts?"

As Arlo points out in a post earlier today what we look for is not certainty
but closer and closer approximations to the Truth. We make statements based
on the best evidence available, now. Arlo is a smart guy you should listen
to him.
