I appreciate your questions! I will attempt my answer.

My understanding of the current environment of MOQ is me. I am amazed how 
Dan projected his environment of MOQ sans life even and was alone (with 
quality). IMO With such a statement the current MOQ environment is sound.

"All possible expressions available to the human face, from the most 
devilish to the most ecstatic, are produced by the interaction of these six 
principles, and may be analyzed with their aid. And if it be objected that 
the classification is arbitrary and unproven then we must emphasize once 
again that it-like all other indications in the present book-is given 'as a 
basis for observation'. Plausible or unplausible, proven or unproven all 
theory will remain theory for the reader until he has 'established or 
refuted it for himself on the basis of his own personal observation and 
experience.'"   The Theory of Celestial Influence by Rodney Collin p 273.

IMO the MOQ makes sense of value, evolution, morality in 
experience--quality. What is evolution/morality? How are they defined? 
Evolution is a lawful description of quality without defining quality. It is 
not creation. Morality is conceptualized according to an evolution of 
levels. Any action which threatens the lawful existence of a level is 
immoral. How I experience existence is modified by law. Proprietary 
awareness is not a law unto itself, but a step in the law of evolution.. IMO 
According to Pirsig the existence of evolution is best safeguarded by 
focusing on actions performed from the higher level with regard to the 
existence of the next lower level. This is the guide for morality. How many 
levels can I experience and how do I know them?

IMO A law of levels will describe what individual actions mean. The 
intellect reveals law. Why are the levels not clearly defined? What are the 
levels and how are they defined? MOQ discuss.

What would be an improvement (in my behavior)?

In trying to observe a starting point for evolution I am struck with a 
question How many levels are there? What am I judged on? In my search 
through esoteric literature I find a law of seven modeled on the musical 
octave. Two intervals Mi-Fa, and Si-Do are asynchronous with the other 
intervals. From my experience with singing, I realize an extra effort in 
attention has to occur at those intervals to prevent wandering off into a 
different octave. I accept a law of seven as an analogue for evolution, 
morality, and consciousness.

Do is the inorganic level of the planet. Re is man (procreation by a 
self-dividing cell). Mi is woman (duplication by penetration of a cell-egg 
wall by another cell). The first three levels are the objective thrust of 
mechanical force, cosmic evolution. An extra effort is necessary to move to 
Fa (proprietary awareness). IMO a special mixture of breathable atmosphere 
is the key necessary for evolution to a social level (proprietary 
awareness). How many hominids lived before one could write on walls to fill 
her emptiness. Proprietary awareness is part cosmic (objective) part 
conscious (subjective).

Cosmic evolution for itself pushes evolution to the intellectual level the 
level of law. But conscious proprietary awareness has evolved. It drives and 
participates in the evolution of the lawgiver. Fa is the social level 
(proprietary awareness). Sol is the intellectual level (laws) S/O (with a 
nod to Bo). I am empty among many. I am responsible for myself. I experience 
the subjective awareness of the necessity for further movement to complete 
the octave. Cosmic evolution does not provide for further movement and stops 
at an incomplete evolution. Proprietary awareness from cosmic evolution has 
enough energy to move to an incomplete awareness of law, intellect.

Evolution of the subject (proprietary awareness) morally continues in the 
individual, backward and forward. I go back and add my identity of 
subjective proprietary awareness to all previous levels of evolution, 
education. I grow up. By acting mechanically at any level evolution stops 
for me until I correct my mistake. St. Francis embraces the leper. A code of 
art, mystical experience describes the resonance between the lawful 
intervals of evolution.

Subjective proprietary awareness, conscience, is necessary for an awareness 
of myself, an awareness of laws to govern my own behavior, personal 
responsibility. With a conscience, remembering what I do, I can finish the 
next two steps of the octave. La is higher social level. Si is higher 
intellectual level, enlightenment. Si is as far as I can evolve. I cannot 
become a superman.

How is a leader chosen to lead a society? How can the leader impose laws on 
subjects? In many communities, tribes, religious orders, celebrity in a 
brotherhood highlights a person as leader. Other communities use a secular 
vote to choose a leader, one man one vote. When Moses returned to the golden 
calf with the engravings of the ten commandments (law), the people 
speculated: "We had a man to lead us, this Moses, when we came away from 
Egypt, but there is no saying now what has become of him." A golden calf was 
made to lead them back to Egypt. The calf had value since it was made of 
gold, but it had no consciousness of the people's needs.
