Hi Platt

But we have to decide how free we want to be individually
and agree this collectively. Are we happy for people to use
their resources in any way? What do we consider to be criminal?
How do we monitor whether individuals are being criminal?
Can we go on allowing individuals to waste resources due to their
inidividual whims or compulsions? Isit moral to pay someone
high wages that they use to destroy their own biological and
intellectual quality (say by taking drugs)?
