Hi Case
Yes and no. Some of these guys raise valid
gaps in current theories, but their solution
looks fairly useless if they are talking about
some kind of design archetect. But what about
intelligence in nature, this is a more interesting
issue, an alternative to the many worlds problem
is the idea that consciousness actively determines
what possible world becomes actual. See Amit Goswami
on this subject for example.
