What motivates this control?
Is there good and bad in biology so we
use social patterns to develop the biological
good and limit the biological bad?
Enlightenment intellect certainly came along to
criticise and attempt to improve social goods
and reduce social bads. Then Romanticism
looks at the bads brought about by the
Enlightenment.
Any use?
