Re:  Art versus Nonart: Art out of Mind (Contemporary Artists and 
their Critics) (Hardcover) by Tsion Avital, John G. Harries (Translator)

Figurative art is dead.  Modern art is the remnants of that 
death.  Abstract art is nonart.

I've received my copy and restarted reading this extremely 
interesting book.  Inside, I hear myself exclaiming 
"Yes!  Yes!  Yes!   I've known this!"  But what and how did I 
know.  I would not have been able to state it verbally.   Yet there 
is an inner unexpressed feeling of utter frustration acknowledging 
Mr. Avital's words.  There is at least some relief to the recognition.

Maybe that's at least an ending.   What next?
