No. It recognizes that "purpose" is an illusion created after-the-fact. We have
no "purpose". We only have our activity.
And I still don't know what kind of "purpose" you think "we exist so that we can
exist" inspires. Indeed, it would say that a fireman who sacrifices his life to
save a small child violated the "purpose" you ascribe to his existence. If his
"purpose to life" is simply "to live", then he has immorally violated the
purpose for his life.
"We exist so we can exist." Woo hoo. My life has meaning! But hey, if your
tautology makes you feel all warm and fuzzy, run with it.
