Good News Marsha.  The Dem's seem to be stumbling toward ethics reform.  It
seems earmarks will now have to be disclosed according to a bill passed last
week during the 100 day Pilosi initiative.
Our government is now slightly less opaque than it was.  But I'm not an
optimist by nature.
But me thinks, this should improve your new years outlook somewhat. Are You
Happy??
