Any pattern at any level includes all lower ones, right?
I'd say that both terms are highly inclusive, and overlap heavily, they are also undoubtedly different in many respects but in terms of psychiatric diagnosis, I contend that these two hypothetical patients should be expected behave in very similar ways.
