To decode the axes (E/I. N/S, T/F, J/P) fully you need to look at the
MBTI defintions. (Suggest the Wikipedia link.)

Roughly, still from memory ...
On the Extrovert / Introvert axis I've always been evenly balanced
On the iNtuition / Sensing axis I'm also evenly balanced (marginally Sensing)
On the Thinking / Feeling axis I've remained unusually firmly Thinking
On the Judging / Perceiving axis, I used to be strongly Judging, but
I've swung over the years to being more Perceiving.

Beware assuming natural language meanings of those 8 words ... you
need to read the MBTI paragraphs about them individually, in pairs, in
pairs vs individuals, and as a set of four.

Just looking at the four can be highly misleading, because the
strength of the trait on each axis is significant - one reason why we
need to take this non-expert self-assessment / interpretation with a
pinch of salt.

My wife could do you a good deal on some consultancy ;-)
