Not being a biologist or a sociologist I don't have the foggiest how someone at
any time can observe evolution. You will have to ask one of your college
experts to answer your question.

If this is so, then how do you know evolution (on the lower levels) is no longer
occurring? If you haven't the foggiest idea as to what one could observe to
test this, then isn't it presumptuous to claim evolution has stopped?
