Well, there is that biological level, the sense experience?  While 
when I paint I fall-in-love, I also experience a frustration that 
borders on hate.  "This is too hard, I hate that I started this 
mess!"  Ahhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!   I'm in such a place.  Starting a 
painting of daffodils might help, or at least some normal breathing.
