That is exactly who he is trying to keep quiet. People like Ward
Churchill and Jimmy Carter.

It is sad that a conflict half way around the world, becomes the cause to
erode our bill of rights here. If it was not for these issues Churchill
and Carter are talking about this bill would not be introduced.

Which in a way, affirms Churchill's points.
