An assumption might be that 'socially fed' implies coming from the 
outside, the Giant.  But that's not necessarily so.  Maybe to become 
integrated into an aspect of that Giant, you might choose to feed 
your head socially.  Do you want to be a Star?   Introvert?  Extrovert?

I've been painting for 10 years.  I'm finally starting to consider 
more technical questions.  There's a lot of 'what to leave in and 
what to leave out'.  What do I see?  What might the viewer see?  What 
should be seen to make a "better" picture.  This is a kind of 
progress.  I could never have done this if I hadn't disconnected from 
all but family.  Well, and all this feeding my head.

Is it 'better' to be working for the 'betterness' of humanity or 
painting?  I actually hate this question.  It seems anti-Quality, 
even though it has that betterness flavor.  I wonder what Pheadrus 
and Shunryu Suzuki would say?
