First things first. The Dormouse in "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland"
never said, "Feed your head." Sorry.
I'd say don't trust the Dormouse.
The head is where the brain is. And so it's where electro-chemical
processes give rise to sense perceptions. If this is all there is to a
person then I'd say go with the Dormouse. But it ain't, imo.

experience that I am my relationships. More than anything else, it's
my relationships with people and things that define who I am.

incarnational mysticism. It's how the experience of a rock can put a
