Marsha,
A blank canvas would be the perfect portrait, the perfect taoist
representation...
Leave it blank and call it "a portrait of Parmenides" and let the viewer
imagine
Their own portrait of  Parmenides....non representation .."mu"
..or was that what you were elluding to and I was too dense to get it
right off
...thinking of it now, probably..:)
