I mountain bike and hike. Had an 8.4 mile hike planned this morning.

I'm not suggesting you don't. We all have lives outside the list, ones hopefully
influenced by how we think of Quality. My point was that you pretty much shot
the conversation down, saying talking about Quality is SOM, "dualistic". And I
grant you that, it is. But its why I come here. When I want oneness I fish or
hike or bring out the Harley and head north, or drink some beer with friends at
the local pub. Or countless other things.
But there is a value to the "dualism" here, and I think its that value that
keeps most of us engaged. Pirsig could have simply left it go in the mountains
of Montana. HE got it, so why bother with the book, the metaphysics, the
"dualism", etc. If its not valuable, why do it?
Speaking of Wilber, my fiance just put on iTunes the Kosmic Consciousness 10
disc set (interesting, I can burn the entire 10 audio discs onto 1 data cd).
I'm not familiar with Wilber, but she attends the Tai Sophia Institute in
Maryland and Wilber is often talking about there. Maybe others would be
interested in hearing this audio set?
