Well like the difference between the inorganic, biological, social and intellectual
levels, you have to draw the line somewhere.

Stop? Turn off the TV. But, I get your point.

In the Victorian age there was no worship of slut celebrity. There was a 
sense of propriety, enforced by a culture that recognized, as does Pirsig,
the temptations of biological values. I don't think many today even know
the meaning of propriety.
