[MD] (Lack of) Dynamic Quality in Music- Pachelbel Rant

Although I have to stay I still enjoy Pachelbel's Canon (in
moderation) and most of the songs he mentioned, but a great point
nonetheless.  If art exhibits Quality then why do people like so many
songs with these same (Static) chords?  Any thoughts?
