Why do you suppose the poor in Zambia and Indonesia are left to 
suffer in the streets?

They lack the social resources to take care of them. Again, _we_ have 
those resources. Should we leave our poor in the streets as in Zambia?

[Platt]
Would you like to see a bunch of bums and freeloaders in your community?

[Arlo]
There are plenty of people in this area, specifically north towards 
Renova and southwest towards Altoona, that have been financially 
devastated in recent decades. In my travels I talk with them a lot. 
They are good people hit by economic forces of both financial and 
employment drain, hardly "bums and freeloaders".
