never caught.

I stand corrected. I couldn't find an indication that Pol Pot was ever
convicted of anything. Tojo and Hussein were convicted and executed only
after being invaded by us. This seems a bit ex post facto but no use crying
over dead dictators. Hitler wrote Mein Kampf in jail. I doubt if Genghis
Kahn was ever even charged with anything, though.

But while I could still be even more mistaken where to you stand on morality
being measured in time served?
