You seem to make two assumptions about DQ. First, that if something can't be
predicted it must be a response to DQ. Second, if it moves, it must be
responding to DQ. Is this correct?

No. I am saying that "it's better here" is a response to Dynamic Quality.
"Dynamic Quality" is the cutting edge of experience. All things experience.
Their response to DQ is based on their MOQ level. Now kindly answer my
questions and we can continue.
