To the last sentence, I agree.
Movement away from DQ occurs when static patterns become so rigid as to be no
longer able to respond to DQ. This occurred after the Big Bang when at first
all was Dynamic. As latching began and time passed, the resulting static patterns
became more and more rigid so that now we have physical laws that are impervious
to any Dynamic change. The same process of ever more rigid patterns occurs as
evolution progresses towards greater versatility and freedom. My cat UTOE, for
example, is incapable of responding to DQ to move evolution forward. A cat he is
and a cat he will forever be.
