My cat UTOE, for example, is incapable of responding to DQ to move evolution
forward. A cat he is and a cat he will forever be.

Are you suggesting that back in history, when single animals COULD respond to
DQ, that these single animals could morph into other animals? So, an example
for what that "single animal" back then could differently would be something
like "it could turn itself into a frog"?

If not, give me an example of how a "single animal", when it had the ability to
respond to DQ, "moved evolution forward" that it can no longer do?
