Where does the past exist? Does it exist? Can we go there?

'Where' (or 'there') asks for a place.  There is no answer to the question as to the PLACE where the past exists.  The question of WHEN did the past exist can be answered  (& by you).

Again, don't ask WHERE (or there), but WHEN (or then).  The future is what will exist.  We go into the future every day.
