Death is an embarrassment, because it
is a reminder of the ultimate nature of our selves, the lack of any kind of
absolute reality, i.e. emptiness.

If one is great enough in their relationships, they live on in the minds
which knew them. Thoughts are experience. In this way they exist. If they
are known nationally they may become a cultural symbol.

I can still talk to my brother as if he's sitting right there.
In this way, he still exists. He exists as much as universities church and
the government.

Somehow you only really feel life through death chewing on your ass.

It makes the sweet sweeter, it allows you to take each moment and savor it.
It makes you aware that we burn in the present. Being a student of
experience I will experience. Be it death or life. painful or not.

Emptiness is in your mind.

Hi Ron and all,

I am thinking of another word Œconsciousness¹.

Proprietary awareness, the social level, conscience, evolves to the
intellectual level, consciousness. I do not like the term Œmind¹ as a level
of evolution. From the social level of emptiness-value, I evolve to a
level of duality. I see S/O as a description of conscious/cosmic evolution,
and I am uncomfortable referring to it as the intellectual level.

Value is driving the movement from proprietary awareness to law, which
requires this and that. The intellectual level is the level of law!
Making your brother a law that Œsits right here¹ is only a description of
the value he had before the emptiness of death. Memory and love are
powerful, but I don¹t experience them as evolution!
