³The static levels are blind to the level context² I was taught: ³Nemo dat
quod non habet². You can¹t give what you don¹t have!  Even the inorganic
level has an affinity to the organic level.  IMO you have to be able to
explain an MOQ meta-level.  I suggest that a conscious evolution parallel to
a cosmic evolution is required.

IMO ŒLuminous intelligence¹ is not blind to the level context.  A code of
art is possible and necessary in all endeavors of conscious experience even
at the inorganic level (value).
