Spov is a Spov, whether or not yours is based on generalizations is up
to you. I'm not devaluing how you feel
Marsha I just know what it's like to have a thought burn within the
head. It's very painful. If you 
don't have to put yourself through it, don't. But I also understand the
need to get it out.
I did not mean to offend you, I just know when I do it I lapse into a
depression.

Depressions are crap.
