     That's odd.  I was wondering why we might have
gone back to this thread, then I checked the date. 
It's from the first week in August.  I just received
it now.  Hmmm... where do these go on those two month
long travels between computers.

     Well, I've always seen population as a problem in
handling organization.  Just being able to write
organized many cultures around the world for
centuries.
