Thanks Ian for anticipating my response, it was spot on, but I
may add a few remarks on this topic.
First of all the 4th level is static, there may be a dynamic urge to
spawn new patterns, but new patterns of any level are by default
static and because the MOQ is the very DQ/SQ system it can by
no twist of logic be intellectual. It is the meta-level that contains it
all.
There is however some level-like relationship between intellect
and the MOQ that harks back to the era before the MOQ - that is
before SOM became its 4th. level. And those who haven't
realized this "extreme makeover" and still sees the MOQ an
intellectual pattern the outcome is clear: The MOQ is a SOM
"idea". OK, enough! I'm shouting in the desert ;-)

We certainly have been and certainly will be again. Intellect's role
in the MOQ is its sore spot. Look to my response to David M.
about (his) examples of alleged non-S/O intellectual patterns - an
oxymoron IMO.
