Greetings Ian,

I finally got around to listening to In Our Times' podcast of 
Taste.  I also listened to The Trial of Madame Bovary.  Victorian 
taste, morals and politics!!!  Who suggested a return to Victorian 
times?  From my point of view, they must be out of their minds.  Only 
a very frightened man would suggest such an idea.  Three cheers for 
Madonna (the singer)!!!!!
