Anybody care to bet if any of those who collected "a mighty heap of data"
considered themselves conservative?

Ignoring the fact that the U.S. has seen no decrease in the national poverty rate
after spending 11 trillion dollars since the beginning of the War on Poverty is
something only a liberal could do. So don't talk to me about being "rigid" and
"closed-minded."
