Having a dialog with Platt is like and Abbot and costello routine.

He can't seem to be able to think is abstract terms or answer
hypothetical questions.

Earlier I asked the following

I did not say find me a ruler for life, I simply asked a hypothetical
question.

He will repeat the rhetoric we have been hearing from Tony Snow, Condi
Rice and so on.
"Can't answer a hypothetical question"

It's simply an exercise in reason
