I REALLY think This meta-level business is locked up in what the 
levels represent, that is consciousness itself. If experience =
reality = Quality then the 4 levels equate to experience 
or consciousness itself. What you seem to be confusing it for
is an objective representation of the total make-up of reality
thus the 4 levels do NOT account for everything in this manner.
When you look at MoQ as an objective hierarchy then yes Bo,
It does not cover all the bases but if you look at the 4 levels
As representing the individual conscious experience then it 
all begins to Make sense and provide a deeper understanding
of intellectually objective meaning. That all objective meaning
is ultimately subjective interpretation. THIS IS THE BIG UNDERSTANDING
that MoQ delivers. Which Objective science supports (see Quantum
physics)

This DOES NOT mean that MoQ throws out objectivism, it just views it
In a different light.
