No.  The stock market was active today does not entail it was
pursuing DQ.   Furthermore, one could be pursuing DQ by
engaging in passive resistance.

The stock market illustrates beautifully that DQ isn't necessary good. It is
silly to say that one should pursue DQ for the sake of DQ.

If one engaged in passive resistance one is presumably trying to effect
dynamic change.
