I don't doubt the historical value in Taylor's work - I recognize the
arguments from what little I have seen quoted so far . You asked

I would say they are behind our MoQ (and other post-enlightenement)
thinking - whether that is PoMo or PoPoMo, whatever. The argument is
not with history, but with what we do with quality thinking now, using
that combined history.
