School vouchers have nothing to do with how much money a person has. 
The value of a voucher is the same for every parent.

And if we gave everyone a "car voucher" based on their tax 
contributions to road maintenance, some would only be able to buy an 
old jallopy, while others could put it towards a new Lexus.

But I am surprised that you support a system of progressive tuition! 
Stating outright that private schools accept the voucher as "payment 
in full" towards tuition, even if it doesn't cover the full cost! 
Wow! So wealthy parents should pay more tuition for the same school 
as poor parents! You Marxist!!! Nonetheless, I am finally heartened 
to learn that you would willingly and happily agree to pay a higher 
tuition for your child to attend the same school as a lower-income 
family would have to pay. Viva la revolucion!

So at least some good has been born from this discussion.
