Yes, An equal chance for EVERYBODY to a Good education is surely the future. 
And you are right that the system needs to be reformed. It is not strange 
that the public schools are failing in a country that ultimately doesn't 
believe in government control, and where profit sets the agenda.  You really 
need to see that this kind of government control isn't that bad if the 
democracy work's the way it is supposed to - but perhaps that is the 
problem.
