I think many do. Even during the ZMM trip, Pirsig found craftsmen who 
epitomized the labor of Quality relationships. But it is always the 
rare gems that illustrate the overall cultural orientations (and 
failings). I don't know if I think much fundamentally has changed 
since the days of ZMM.
