Me. I just sent in my income tax. I was forced to under Clinton, Carter, 
and Johnson as well.

If you work for the government at a high level, they'll probably furnish 
you with a two-seater. And if you are OK with arrogant even once, it
says volumes about your opinion of those who disagree with your  views.
