Chris, 

      I guess what astounded me, by the way, was the
0% interest.  Everything in the U.S. has interest if
I'm not mistaken.  Unless you use your credit card and
pay of the transaction by the end of the month, but in
the U.S. we all know the majority of people don't do
this ala U.S. debt.
