oops, I sent this without responding to the remaining
part of your post. Comments as follows:

SA: Most definitely. Quiet is the conductor. No
doubts. Of course though, this quietness is in a way
that might need orientation on how I view this
quietness.

SA: High value yes. A time and place designated, I'm
not grasping for this kind of quiet everywhere. A
jackhammer is quietness, too. It drowns out all, but
it has a time and place. After my early teen years, I
lived always in the country somewhere, then once we
married (my wife lived in the country her whole life),
we moved into an apartment we could afford and it was
in a busy town where a train still comes through, dump
trucks road down our street six out of seven days on
average starting at 4am, then sporadically throughout
the day, along with the constant cars driving by every
five seconds. You heard people talking pretty much
nonstop throughout the daytime. It was not something
I could get used to. I did in a way, but it still
gnawed at me from time to time. So we finally moved
and this was the reason we moved, along with it
impeded me from walking in the woods regularly as I
used to on a daily basis before we moved to those
dirty streets. It's funny. If piece of cracker would
fall on the ground in the woods, I would still pick it
up and eat it without feeling it would be sickly. If
the same happened on the streets of that town - no
way.
