- Large amount of people are treated badly in their work environment.
- Large amount of people get together and for a political party.
- Political party gets many votes and gains large influence over politics.
-Large party of large amounts of people who are treated bad in their work 
environment uses their political influence to write law that says that 20 
hours work day is not OK.

What happened?
People saw Low Quality and decided to try to move towards High Quality.
