Yes, but the MOQ is not ONLY DQ. It is both DQ and SQ.

It is most important at this level of discussion that we understand
Our terms, meanings and context. Calling immediate awareness or
Pre-intellectual experience "MoQ" is like making a comic parody
Of the unaware SOM taking itself as reality..

The reality of the whole situation, to be said plainly,
Is that everything is composed and modulations of-
Dynamic Quality.

Static is a term which is used to define that which is meaningful in
Dynamic experience. Therefore the term static is superfluous to dynamic
experience.
Thus also MoQ is superfluous to Dynamic experience.

When we embrace Dynamic experience and release all notions of metaphysic
Then it may be said that one has attained a Quality awareness.

As Marsha's diamond sutra post states, it is the simultaneous 
awareness of this And the development of meaning and intent 
through it that full living Is brought to bear in the 
immediate now.
