What has been "inflicted" as you say is the Darwinian explanation of evolution.
Thankfully Ben Stein has a new documentary out that challenges that orthodoxy.
But, I apologize for bringing up embarrassing questions about Darwinian theory.
I keep forgetting your mind is closed on the subject.
