A lot of "social lubrication" is just a waste of breath if you look at it
logically, like "Nice to see you," and " Have a nice day." I don't think we
need to say "I could be wrong" after every assertion. But, in the interests
of keeping the conversation going, if wouldn't hurt to say it once in awhile, like
maybe once in every dozen or so posts. (Having said that I feel like my mother-in-
law who would say from time to time, "It wouldn't hurt to call once in awhile.")
But, I get your point.
